The house has a separate house for a caretaker with full bath. Also has a water tank with rain water collector. Contadora Island lies at the northern end of the Pearl Island Archipelago. Contadora island is situated approximately 30 miles off the countrys Pacific coast, making it a mere 15 minute flight from Panama City. The island boasts several restaurants, three small grocery stores, and a medical clinic.
