El Alcazar is Coronado's definitive new project, adding Colonial style flair to the beautiful residences and landscape of Coronado Golf.
This tower is shaped in a Spanish Cross, with views to the North, South, East and West. It is designed by Juan Manuel Vasquez, based on the neo-colonial architecture in Panama City.

Each apartment is equipped with high quality cabinetry, fixtures, and a security system installed in each apartment, that immediately notifies the 24 hour guards downstairs if there is any type of problem, accident, or if anyone needs help.
The apartment layout is comfortable and inviting, with a large living and dining room adjacent to the kitchen with balconies on both sides to let light and cool breezes in. The kitchen is top of the line, with an island in the middle and a breakfast area. There are three main bedrooms per apartment, with an extra guest room, office, or maid's room near the entrance. Each room has its own bathroom and walk in closet, with the master bedroom also featuring its own balcony and french balcony, whirlpool and large walk in closet.
There is central air conditioning, high speed internet, in each apartment and a system to deter fires, reserve water tanks and treatment plant, and an electric plant in the building, to protect residents from any type of situation. Residents also receive one underground storage area with room for a golf cart.
The social area features an imperial style stairway to the swimming pools in the social area, with fountains, tropical plants, and a spacious lobby to sit and talk.
This building is beautifully designed and executed, setting the standards in Coronado to new heights.
