Farallon is home to Panama's largest resort developments, namely the all inclusive resort hotels The Decameron and Playa Blanca Barcelo resort and the Costa Blanca residential community on an 18 hole golf course.
Many other new developments are taking shape and are under construction, namely the Nikki Beach condo hotel and residential project, and the new Hard Rock condo Hotel, and Bijao luxury living community.
Other residential communities such as Buenaventura have been going strong for many years, as one of Panama's first resort style living developments.
